Another event, though much more popular and in somewhat different ambience, is the traditional Night of the Full Moon. 

It is an event held on the Zadar waterfront, which promotes Zadar customs, tradition, gastronomy, culture and history. It is usually held for three days, and is related to the full moon in August. At that time, the public lighting on the waterfront is shut down and it is illuminated by torches, full of stalls with homemade products that would satisfy every palate. The program takes place on several stages, and from the seaside there are many boats offering various Zadar specialties. This is definitely the night you don’t want to miss.
